Scholarships

The MAEC-AECI scholarships represent an offer of education, generally postgraduate-level education, made by the Ministry of External Affairs and Cooperation of Spain - MAEC and presented to the young foreign and Spanish university graduates (some programs offer scholarships for the undergraduates in the last year of study).
Each one of the MAEC-AECI Scholarship Programs specifically describes whom it is aimed at, amount to be awarded, scholarship specific requirements etc., which should be carefully studied by possible applicants.
 

• CHAPTER I - SCHOLASHIPS FOR FOREIGNERS FOR THE STUDIES OF SPANISH LANGUAGE AND CULTURE IN SPAIN.

• CHAPTER II – SCHOLARSHIPS FOR FOREIGNERS FOR POSTGRADUATE STUDIES, DOCTORATE AND INVESTIGATION IN SPAIN.
• CHAPTER III – SCHOLARSHIPS FOR SPANIARDS FOR LANUGUAGE AND POSTGRADUATE STUDIES, DOCTORATE AND INVESTIGATION ABROAD.
• CHAPTER IV – SCHOLARSHIPS FOR SPANIARDS AND SOUTH AMERICANS FOR SPECIALIZED EUROPEAN STUDIES.
• CHAPTER V – SCHOLARSHIPS OF CULTURAL COOPERATION IN SPAIN AND ABROAD FOR SPANIARDS AND FOREIGNERS.

Lectorates

Traditionally, the MAEC-AECI Lectorates Program was widely accepted in the university circles, Spanish as well as foreign, as it provides young Spanish lectors with an  academic profile more adequate for the interested Centers, and gives a possibility to the lectors to have a postgraduate education at the hosting University.
